liter engine is bored oversize, has two stage plateau honing, 3
angle valve job, performance cam and lifters, seamless cam bearings,
alloy pushrods, oil pump, mildly pocket ported head and has
molly rings, new oversized pistons, Clevite 77 bearings, roller
rockers and much more! (can replace the 2.5 liter Mercruiser and OMC
too)

year with new 502 bare blocks. They were available for a couple of
days and I day dreamed about what I could do with them and poof!
they were gone. they are still gone although we
do have twenty five brand new 502 longblocks at
$6,500 each and seventy five 496 longblocks at $5900.

~FAQ read me~Ocean
shipping is usually from NEW YORK, takes about 2 weeks depending
when the boat leaves and runs an average of $400 to major
seaports in most of Western Europe and Australia, airfreight usually
adds $300 to that. Drop-ins run a bit more and cannot
be shipped air freight due to fuel and oil on the plane. Sometimes
engines are shipped from Chicago or Dallas which adds $125 and three
days to either coast. Engines sent overseas are bought outright and
cores are not to be returned to us except in rare cases where the
core value is over $600. Links below are so you know when to contact
us and how to convert dollars. We are open 9 to 5 Monday through
Friday for walk in traffic here in Lockport Illinois, but have
people on site answering the phone evenings and weekends too. We're
experimenting with forwarding to cell phones in the off hours as we
know our foreign customers are in different time zones.

A
premium marine longblock comes with block, crankshaft, connecting
rods, head(s), lifters or cam followers, camshaft, main, rod and cam
bearings, valvetrain, pistons, rings, wrist pins, valves, springs,
guides, retainers, keepers, galley plugs, timing chain set or belt,
seals, oil pump, gaskets and a one year unlimited hour warranty.
Longblocks,
by definition, do not come with manifolds, flywheels, timing
covers, balancers, slingers, eccentrics, carburetors, brackets, pick up
screens or other sheet metal items, fuel, emission, electrical or
ignition components.
